Because our prints are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and we're unable to offer refunds simply for a change of mind. Once a file is downloaded, we have no way to verify it hasn't been printed or used.
That said, we understand things can occasionally go wrong on our end, and we want to make it right. We're happy to help with:

A download link that isn't working
Receiving the wrong design due to an error on our part
